Thanks for sharing this. I did my own full time startup journey just as we had our 2nd child. I think i aged 10-15yrs in those 3yrs. The best (and worst) thing was there was nothing stopping me from doing more and more ambitious things, as you are often stopped at big companies. And I did it all, and the only things that stops you from bigger and bigger outcomes are: the clock, your own body's limits, the time you take away from relationships.
Why does this feel like it was written with AI? Who says "a deep reckoning with my own mental health"?
I'll assume good faith and treat it as if it's not AI: the lack of specifics make it difficult to glean anything from this article. To OP: I think if you shared personal stories rather than high-level platitudes this would be a more effective article.
