Hey HN! We’ve been building Limitly, a plug-and-play solution to manage API keys, rate limits, and usage plans for any API-based product.

It includes a web dashboard, a REST API, and an SDK (Node.js, Next.js and Python). You can define usage tiers, revoke keys, set limits, and monitor consumption—without reinventing the wheel.

We built this after getting tired of building custom key systems in every project.
