Show HN: Cchistory – track Claude Code prompt and tool changes (cchistory.mariozechner.at)

Claude Code has a high release cadence. With that come changes to the system prompt and tools. This often noticably changes the model's behaviour in established workflows.

I wanted to get easy insight into those changes, so I can potentially counter steer. cchistory is what came out of this effort.
