This thing is hard. 8 years in. 20 failed projects. Only 2 made it

It is super hard. Every now and then, I keep thinking of giving up.

Now it’s happening again with FoundersAround. I launched it last June on PH. I had so much good feedback. Then, I tested some hypotheses, most of which failed.

Then, last week I almost threw the towel but the founders were so supportive and gave me so many good ideas that I decided to push it forward and keep going.

My takeaway: I don’t know. Launch more? Quit? lol

I get this. Been there with my own SaaS [SynthicAI](https://www.synthicai.com/), an AI voice agent that answers instantly so you never lose a lead to missed calls.

Would love your founder eye feedback does this feel like a pain worth solving, or would you pass on it?

Just a recommendation, switch to the 37 signals model: do consulting and find a thing people keep asking for that isn't out there in the market. That is get paid to research your product, and have a prototype ready to go when you feel its in a good place
