What about an MCP for a CLI too?

Some more considerations going on in the comparison

1. MCP has the description and schema, whereas the agent will have to figure this out for a CLI

2. MCP can move details out of the context, helping long-term attention

3. CLI's can gain a lot of this by using instruction files

4. CLI's are almost always more flexible
