Web ECL Grant Announcement (ecl.common-lisp.dev)

Congratulations!. I'm a bit curious, do they just fund ECL or other similar projects? I heard Guile, Racket also have potential for web. i wish for a vision when emacs uses guile. Guile and Commonlisp will be the 2 most popular lisps.
