"Things are a bit bumpy right now" – FreeBSD:15 pkg repo is essentially down (lists.freebsd.org)

I was wondering why some of my build scripts were failing, turns out there's a pretty major event going on where the FreeBSD pkg repos for the upcoming 15.0-RELEASE are being completely rebuilt from scratch, and are thus mostly "empty".
