Show HN: Follow/Block Users on Hacker News (My First Chrome Extension) (chromewebstore.google.com)

Sometimes I find comments that are so good I want to follow these people and catch up on what they're posting. This is my first Chrome extension. Looking forward to feedback on ways to improve it.
