Built an alert layer on top of QuickBooks – then Intuit added a $300/month fee (uselunova.com)

For a client we agreed to do some integration work with QuickBooks. After we finished that we decided "never again". It felt like QuickBooks changed the rules of the road on us a dozen times as we went.

Thankfully the client wasn't upset as their response to everything was "Yeah QuickBooks sucks."
