iCracked is looking for an awesome backend developer

We’re out to repair the world, one iOS device at a time.

We started on a college campus repairing iPhones 2 years ago and now have over 270 locations in 8 countries. We are all Apple enthusiasts, love their products, and we’re out repair the world’s prized possessions – one iOS device at a time. We have an incredible team of 12 in Redwood City and we’re actively searching for a great backend engineer to work with our designers/front-end/iOS team to bring together the ultimate on-demand online/offline experience for our 100 million+ potential customers.

What we’re looking for in you…

• Hacker, Ninja, Pirate or name of choice, you just need to be able to G.S.D.

• PHP / Code Igniter Required - Online store, Authorize.net, and Stamps.com experience a major plus.

• Manage the stack - we are deployed on AWS/LAMP so changing Apache settings or recompiling PHP to add modules etc.. should come naturally.

• RESTful API Design - to be consumed by our mobile apps.

• Ruby or Python experience a plus.

We move fast - We build iterate and ship constantly so you will be pushing code to production Weekly/Daily/Hourly. This is a big picture position, you will be integrating with our existing code base and writing for the new exciting projects we have in the pipeline.
