Ask HN: How do I manage auto-updates during testing on Windows?

We are currently alpha-testing a very specific desktop client with a big corporation on the receiving end. It is no longer feasible to juggle installers manually. What would be your solution for multiple testing teams, multiple channels etc.? The only thing I found that looks at least a bit usable is velopack.
