Ask HN: how to find out all hn comments that got more than x upvotes?

Is there any way to find out all hn comments that got more than x upvotes in last y number of days?

I saw that the community voted to get the comments votes displayed (http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2445039), though it doesn't seem to be in place yet.
