I have sent multiple emails over the past year (from the email in my account) but have never received a response. This is particularly disappointing given that the FAQ prominently directs users to contact this address, especially for privacy related concerns.

I have used it and had a response within the last week. Maybe mail from your provider is being silently rejected? Do you have a different email address and provider that you can use?

I usually get a response from them.

You should complain and try to get your money back!

I've only ever emailed them once or twice, but I did get a response when I did so. YMMV.
