Ask HN: Tips to make outlook sync on Apple

Hello I am hoping someone has tricks to help Outlook calendar sync on Apple calendar / devices. My calendar constantly falls out of sync. Only solution I’ve found is totally deleting the account and restarting and re-adding it but even that can take a few tries and significant time. Right now my Apple calendar on computer and phone won’t stay synced and this happens constantly it’s so frustrating. I use Outlook as a fall back but I have other calendars in Apple Cal so I really need a unified system. Any advice? Tia
