Is this some kind of investor-pressured reaction to the supposed Oracle deal? Not sure the exact nature of things but would think some ppl were getting some calls yesterday.
What’s the point of making the statement? Avoiding legal or regulatory consequences for anti competitiveness or for the exploitation of tax free growth as a nonprofit?
