As someone who suffers OCD, this is not the solution. All you're doing is delegating responsibility. That doesn't help with the underlying issue. The solution is learning better to trust self. CBT and other talking therapies are much better. Speak to your mental health-care professional.
i also have OCD, and this has been a solution for me. i built it for myself, really.
you can just take a photo, and annotate it with the current time.
