Google has a weird page on all HTTP://X.google.com (linux.google.com) 2 points by arun-mani-j 10mo ago ↗ HN
[–] schrodinger 10mo ago ↗ I just get on iPhone: Safari can't open the page because the server can't be found.
[–] 8organicbits 10mo ago ↗ Are you sure you're seeing a page from Google? http is subject to manipulation by anyone on your network path.
[–] orionblastar 10mo ago ↗ http://x.google.com and http://linux.google.com don't work; Google is not hosting them.
[–] arun-mani-j 10mo ago ↗ Update: it was my ISP. After switching networks and flushing the cache, it fails for me too.Sorry for the mistake :((Clicked "hide" option in the post from my side, don't know if it is possible for me to delete it)
[–] sim7c00 10mo ago ↗ there are sites where u can pop in a dname and get results from different servers outside of your isp influence. useful in such a case to get an idea if everyone has a similar response
