Ask HN: What web software do you pay for as a consumer? 1 points by calflegal 10mo ago ↗ HN I think I've realized that most (all?) of the software I pay for offers a native iOS client. Sometimes, the stuff I pay for has no web client at all. What web-first software do you pay for?
[–] JohnFen 10mo ago ↗ None. I dislike web-based software and try to avoid it, so it would take an unusual circumstance for me to be willing to pay for it. [–] anon1395 10mo ago ↗ Not all web-based software is bad. Windows Explorer's left-side menu bar was made in HTML for a while, and that was alright.
