Should it be a concern that all the systems being out in place could easily be turned in tools for information monitoring and control?

I understand there are multiple problems with the "target" industry in this case, but "anticorruption of morals" is very shallow and passive of changes in interpretation. Or I am a bit paranoid?

Maybe. But it almost does not feel about pornography. Or maybe it is and big studios might want to have their own "legal" streaming services
Seems like a very odd title. The state of Michigan isn't doing anything. The authors of the bill are right there on the first page.
