I could swear this was an article on TheOnion. Even the thought that the Diamond Moguls of Botswana are supporting the infrastructure, education system, and government spending limits makes for a good chuckle.

Maybe that's a good thing. Replacing something that caused so much suffering with a something that is an outcome of technological advancment
