Ask HN: Would you go take a class to learn Ruby, CSS, HTML?

I just across the Starter League. Its exactly what I've been looking for in Mumbai, India. They come across as passionate people that teach you a good course at a fair price, deviating away from the dated methods of the education system.

I wanted to know what would be your concerns when you think of attending a place like Starter League? What would be your decision making process?
