If you're not 100% sure already, don't go there.

This is true of any software. You must know both software development and the specific industry your product will be used by to write anything useful.

I totally agree, I am more sales and marketing savy my cofounder is my go to tech god & I am doing more research and digging into how I can find out even more information

I think you'd get more, and more on-point, responses by asking landlords and property management companies this question.

yes I agree, didn't know if anyone on here was using any of these tools to kind of talk about their painpoints I can add to my list, thats what I have been doing, cold email/calling property owners & managers to get information on how to make their lives easier !
