TL;DW: On Discord, if you edit your message in a conversation, to make it seem like the person you were talking to is agreeing about commiting crimes or other illegal activity on Discord, you both get banned.
What is also interesting is that it happens relatively quickly (about 2 hours), so I am not sure if they use a manual review and simply don't have access to edited messages in their UI, or if they use AI to determine is the report is worth banning.
