15 minutes is a short walk, bit this isn't the title (or the finding).

Title: This easy daily habit cuts heart risk by two thirds

Paper title: Step Accumulation Patterns and Risk for Cardiovascular Events and Mortality Among Suboptimally Active Adults

Finding:

> Suboptimally active adults who accumulated most of their daily steps in longer bouts had lower mortality and CVD risk than those who accumulated most daily steps in shorter bouts.

In other words, you have to walk long enough to get your heart rate up.
I dream of when I can stroll while doing work in vr/ar
I wonder up to what point does it break even. How much time can one spend walking before the expected marginal lifespan gains are less than the additional time spent walking.
