Ask HN: Are Raspberry Pis Reliable to Use Instead of a VPS?

I recently got a Raspberry Pi 5 (8GB RAM) and have been running Coolify to deploy production apps. I’m not exposing my router since I’m using Cloudflare Tunnels. Some people say it’s unreliable, but I’ve had 100% uptime so far and honestly, it feels like having a “free” VPS. What are your thoughts? Can I trust it?
