Maybe he should be asking why Hamas isn't paying to rebuild it with the billions they've already received.

Even if they did...it doesn't really get to the root of the conflict.

Why no one is paying Israel to rebuild the villages and towns in the south and north? Surly half of what Qatar, SA and others are "paying" should go to Israel, it's only fair
