Ask HN: Did 37signals really sell Sortfolio?

For over a year, 37signals attempted to sell Sortfolio.

Then they made an ultimadium, someone buy it July 1st or they shut it down. A lot of HN people felt this was a bluff.

They then announced [1] on July 2nd they sold the site but never gave details as to who acquired the site.

It's now been 3 full months later and Sortfolio still indicates it's a 37signal property [2]

So what really happened? Did 37signals really sell Sortfolio or not?
