Ask HN: What is your cut off percentage for browser support?

At what point is it ok to no longer focus on supporting a browser _explicitly_? Assume that your site still renders correctly to anyone who doesn't know the exact sizes the divs are supposed to be, and is 95+% functional in said browser with any non functional parts being whizzbang features.
