I’ve created a free interactive quiz to help software developers get some standardized professional seniority level measurements, regardless of specific companies or industries.

It is based on real-world achievements and spans several axes (skillsets), not only tech skills.

Took me several years of interviewing, validating, diggin up information and normalizing the questions.

I have tested around a hundred people before making it into this interactive form.
