Hosted Message Oriented Middleware?

Would you or your organization have a use for essentially a heroku specifically for message oriented middleware (Active,RabbitMQ,...)?

A public API where traffic is hosted could cut down on administration costs.

But I am wondering how worth it it would be?

I would appreciate some direction.
