Final Steps Underway for NASA's First Crewed Artemis Moon Mission (nasa.gov)

Have they solved how to make living beings cross the Van-Allen belt and still be alive? This belt surrounds Earth at around 400-600km height. Just curious because my cursory reading never reveals if they have solved this nowadays.
