Tell HN: Azure Artifact Signing no longer requires 3 years of tax history

Some of Microsoft's own documentation still indicates that entities need to be at least three years old to use Azure Artifact Signing (Trusted Signing). I was just able to verify my business that was registered less than three years ago.
