Device that may be tied to "Havana Syndrome" obtained by U.S. government (cbsnews.com)

I had a strong knee-jerk reaction that this is a manufactured pretext for Trump's next plans in the Caribbean. I hope I'm wrong, but at the same time Havana Syndrome sounds way too much like "paranoids from the CIA get tinnitus and blame Russia".

The device is being used in America against citizens. It is 80 year old tech. As reported by unesco
