The headline of TFA directly contradicts the HN headline above.

This title is misleading (or at least it doesn't correspond to the article content). According to the article, Version is having an outage. AT&T and T-Mobile are fine. Their only issue is that they can't reach Version (because it is down).

Headline changed on the article to reflect that AT&T and T-Mobile are not having outages

This is how a war may start, if all three were truly down. with GPS disruptions and compromises to financial services, water, electric providers, etc

How is this not flagged and removed based on the completely false title?
