Why would X "retaliate" over a Reddit post by some unknown rando that doesn't even have anything to do with that platform or Elon Musk? Do you think you're under surveillance or something? That Reddit post isn't even that popular.
For that matter would their "retaliation" be to ban an unused alt account and not your main account?
You did something that looked like bot behavior and you got banned, probably automatically. You really need to learn about the difference between correlation and causation.
