Ask HN: Location-based social nets need mass adoption to be useful. Can aggregation help?

If it was possible to view geotagged data from any one of the several location-based services (loopt, brightkite, etc.) all in one place, it could help all of them get over that user adoption/value curve and speed adoption of new users. -does anything like this exist? Should it?
