I keep shipping small tools in parallel instead of going all-in on one product.

Not because I’m disciplined — mostly because when I focus on a single thing, I get emotionally attached and overthink every metric.

What I’ve noticed:

Zero traction on one project doesn’t kill my motivation anymore

Ideas + feedback from one thing often help another

Progress feels slower, but more consistent

Downsides:

Marketing multiple things is painful

Constant doubt: “am I exploring or just scared to commit?”

Genuinely curious how others here handle this. One product until it works? Or multiple bets and let users decide?
