Use fn-keys as fn-keys for chosen apps in OS X (balanci.ng)

I like using fn-keys as media keys in most apps with the exception of programming apps where I use the fn-keys a lot. This is a little helper tool for generating a rule for Karabiner-Elements based on the apps you want to do this for.
