I built a small web app that helps answer one question before buying something:

“Can I actually afford this?”

You enter a price, and it shows how risky the purchase is based on a sample monthly budget, plus gentle nudges like the 72-hour rule. It’s not budgeting and doesn’t connect to banks — it’s more about awareness and behavior.

I built this because I kept impulse buying and wanted a simple pause mechanism.

It’s very early (just a landing page + demo right now), but I’d love feedback on:

does the idea make sense?

is the UX confusing?

What would make this actually useful?
