Why don't X, Whatsapp, Facebook and Youtube get the Instagram exception? Not everyone is on Instagram and, unlike instagram, Youtube and X are publicly accessible and Whatsapp has wider reach than Instagram imo.

I have heard ProfG talking about his plan for a few weeks. I think it is a good idea, better described on his podcast than on the linked site.

I have participated where I can, but I haven't participated for services where I have prepaid for a year.

Galloway is smart and has thought this through - the Trump administration reacts strongly to things that affect the stock market, and since the market is balanced on the thin edge of AI and general tech hype, small individual boycotts could be effective.
