I think even looking at code will be a competitive waste of time, so I’d prefer to shift into those other roles where they discuss the tech instead.

As head of Solution Engineering (aka Sales Engineering) you get to participate in all weekly sales meetings and additional opportunity-specific meetings as well. But I’m curious why you’re asking about this.

Become an FTE at MSFT. All of the FTEs go to meetings all day while the vendors do the work!
