Yes, there are thousands of to-do apps, but nothing that lets me create a simple checklist and share it with my team (without ads, login and other distractions). So I created one myself to do just one thing - create a list of items (max 10 items) and share it with someone to say "Hey, these are your priorities for today". Check it out and let the roasts begin!
OK, the roast is "we did this one or two decades ago by emailing a list and/or using actual post-it notes"

e.g.

  FROM: boss
  TO: me

  Today's Plan

  [ ] Prognosticate about the fribulator
  [ ] Re-pattern the wallpaper
  [ ] Quantize the cruciforms
  [ ] Plant the trees
  [ ] Mow the lawn
  [ ] Shave the yaks (continued from yesterday)
This also works with every messenger service you may already have.

The post-it-note version being just like Trello except the cards are physical and made of paper.

(I have also heard stories about an actual pizza box being used as a bug tracker, but that dates back to the 90s).
