I have to copy some characters, and then type them into some form. But I can't type them. I have to click on things in a really awkward interface. And then there are the popups, and how it's hilariously unresponsive, meaning it doesn't work on the only devices this interface would make sense on.
I'm not ragging on you for the fun of it, I'm basically wanting some background on why you went down this path? Are you always going to stick to 3 characters? You've not used case, but you do have a few digits, but that's still only ~47k unique values.
You are supposed to type the Twl on your mobile device. We are starting with 3 characters because the shorter the better and if I remember correctly it's a little less than 47k
but you cant focus on the field to type. You have to use those clunky buttons on the bottom and then hit the mystery button.
But that's not the biggest issue. Say the UI wasn't as faulty. What's the point? Why not just give a link to the file? Or create another url shortner... bhg.twlbox.com is loads easier than this process.
Its a standard practice here that essentially means: "look at what I made and give me some feedback" To be clear, it should be something like: "Show HN: a new way to download files" or something like that. (HN = Hacker News)
