Microsoft weighs legal action over $50B Amazon-OpenAI cloud deal (ft.com)

OpenAI's terms with Microsoft may end up being OpenAI's biggest obstacle to winning the AI race. Anthropic can be used in any cloud but not OpenAI. This limits OpenAI's distribution strategy greatly. It benefits Microsoft but not OpenAI.
