Should a conscious AI be given Human rights?

Say an AI robot along with a highly durable body (say it is made of titanium) does become conscious and attains emotions too by tomorrow, should it be given human rights ?

Yeah sure... Once we finish giving all humans human rights.
If one could prove that human like consciousness can be reproduced by electronic components (probably not possible), it means there is nothing 'super natural' about it and that humans should have the same rights as these kind of machines.
