Uselessly fast bfloat16 multiplier ASIC (github.com)

This fmul was produced for a fmax competition with another floating point multiplier in this tapeout. It reached a max frequence of 454MHz, which makes it uselessly fast given the chip IO probably only reach 100/75MHz.
