Ask HN: How to Get a Job at AWS

Hello guys, software engineer here with 6 years of experience, currently living in UAE but soon will move to Spain. I just want to know if some of you can recommend me a way to prepare myself to get a job at AWS. Maybe a menthor, maybe a platform. Thanks in advance guys
