I wanted an MVP and now I have customers. Help
I launched my company's Minimum Viable Product on October 24th and have had 696 people sign up, 691 messages sent, and 12 purchases of a zero-cost item. We've proven our business model as well as a customer acquisition cost that is low and scalable. These things are great. What isn't great is that we're starting to get noticed and our product isn't where I want it to be and we don't have the resources to make it what it should be. I could use some advice from people who have been here before. Should I shut it down and use the case studies and proven model as marketing to get investors and advisors to round out the team? Progress with a leaky product and plug holes as they come along? Thanks in advance.
