Darpa using office 6 as web page editor?

Just noticed that the top banner image from the DARPA website has a hoover popup saying "Office Ribbon 6"

Well who would have thought that they gets lots of government funding, and use well powerpoint or so to create the website.. Take a look yourself at http://www.darpa.mil/NewsEvents/Releases.aspx
