The graduate student union negotiated that undergraduate TA’s also get proportional tuition credit so hourly cost to the department is quite high.

Is it pocket money or does it include the money the university pays to itself?

Does in count the hour to grade exams and other activities the TA do while they have no chalk in their fingers?
